Of Windham, NH, died Saturday, July 19, 2008 in Brigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, MA. Born in New York City, a daughter of Patricia E. (Breen) Farris and the late William W. Farris. Wife of R. Wayne Burkett of Windham, mother of Lee Burkett of Lynnfield, MA and Jill Lowrey and her husband Nate of Dover, NH, grandmother of three active grandsons, Kyle and Colin Surdan and Jake Lowrey and a darling new granddaughter, Anna Lowrey, daughter of Patricia B. Farris of Peabody, MA, sister of Bart Farris and his wife Lois MacDonald of Taunton, MA, Greg Farris and his wife Linette of Pelham, NH, Alicia Treichler and her husband Charles of Vancouver, BC and Deirdre Weilgus and her husband Mark Cochran of Westchester, PA and also by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father William W. Farris in March 2008. Visiting 4-8pm Tuesday, July 22, 2008 in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry, NH.
