Arthur Maloof Obituary

88, a 25 year resident of Deerfield Beach, Florida, and formerly a 63 year resident of Lawrence, MA, died peacefully with his family at his side on Saturday, July 19th, 2008. Arthur will be remembered lovingly by family and friends as a man of boundless generosity and kindness. He served his country with distinction during WWII as a member of the Army Air Corp., and was decorated with the distinguished flying cross for his valor. He was predeceased by his wife Mrs. Laurece (Arraj) Maloof. He is survived by his son: Dr. Bruce A. Maloof and daughter-in-law: Doreen Maloof of Winchester, Massachusetts. Grandson: Dr. Adam Maloof and grand daughter-in-law Dr. Pascale Poussart Maloof of Princeton, New Jersey, who will all miss him greatly. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, July 24th, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in Saint Patrick's Church in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Burial will follow at the United Lebanese Cemetery in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Arrangements are under the direction of the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury Street, LAWRENCE, MA.
