Patricia Roy Obituary

81, of Pembroke, died July 20, 2008 at Tufts New England Medical Ctr. following a heart attack. She was born in Quincy in 1927. She graduated from Quincy High School, and attended Wellesley College. Daughter of the late Richard and Lucy MacCarthy, she is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert, and their son Robert and his wife Diane of Scituate, and the late Marilyn Roy Meyer DiGiovanni. Six Grandchildren: Jessica Meyer Little of VA, Hilary Meyer of NY, Nicholas DiGiovanni of Maynard, Damien DiGiovanni of Marlboro, and Elizabeth and Abigail Roy of Needham. She is the great grandmother of Eloise & Charles Little. She leaves a sister Jacquiline Guibord of Plymouth, and the late Richard P. MacCarthy. Among her accomplishments was a career in real estate. She was a broker and manager of the Marshfield office of Jack Conway. She also was employed by relocation resources. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th at 10:00 AM at the First Church in Pembroke.
