Jack was patriotic and spiritual,
He was giving and forgiving.
He was tolerant and helpful,
He never interrupted or complained.
He was predictably unpredictable. I never knew when he might show up, but was always glad when he did.
He always had some project he was going to get to, but usually he was instead helping a friend with theirs.
Jack did not judge others, he left that to God.
We could all learn some lessons from Jack's qualities. Very few could match them.
Whether you called Jack, brother or friend, he was a gift in our lives.
Thanks for the memories, my friend Jack, Rest in Peace.
