If I am not mistaken, your beloved Ken Armstrong , now deceased, was the same Ken Armstrong who helped so many homeless kids as a co-founder of Project Place in Boston in the 1960s. Ken was a dear friend of mine and had a powerfully positive impact on my life. Though we lost touch many years ago , I never forgot his birthdate, or that he served in the Air Force. It makes me very happy to know that he found true love and had children. I knew that he was moving to Maine in circa 1969. So I think your Ken was my mentor and friend. Even though it is some years after the fact of Ken's death, I hope you do not mind that I send you many blessings for his kindness and wisdom, and I know he helped many many young people in difficult circumstances such as my own. MAy God Bless and Keep him in heaven, and all of you his family and friends on earth.
