Cousin Rita was a major part of my childhood I must have been extremely little but I have a memory of watching between the houses as she walked to her high school graduation.

Nana, I know we didn't spend nearly enough time together in the past years. But you were such a large part of my life for so long. You looked after me through my formative years, making sure us kids were taken care of so mom and dad could keep working hard to support our family. I see so much of that early influence on me when I look in the mirror and I know that will always be a fundamental part of who I am. I know you are in a better place now, but I will miss you dearly and treasure those moments. Rest easy and enjoy the afterlife. And while I understand you can cook 6,000 dishes in a toaster oven, PLEASE stay a safe distance from the ones in Heaven!! Love always, Michael.
