Florence Buonopane Obituary

Of East Boston on July 26. Beloved wife of the late Alberino "Alberico". Devoted mother of John of Maine, Rosemarie Messina of East Boston, Paul of Lynnfield, Michael of Winthrop, Annie Costain of West Peabody, Mary DiCato of Lynnfield. Dear sister of Delia Paci of Winthrop, Eleanor Russo of East Boston, Angelo Buonopane of Malden and the late Mary Rauseo. Cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Ruggiero-Mazzarella Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga St., (Orient Heights), EAST BOSTON, on Weds., July 30 at 9 a.m. Followed by her funeral Mass in St. Joseph St. Lazarus Church, Ashley St., East Boston at 10. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tues. 4-8. Funeral Home handicapped accessible. Children's lounge available. Courtesy valet parking front entrance of funeral home. I just heard of your loss. I will always remember my visits to Florence's house with my grandfather (Vincent Buonopane) as a child and how kind she, and all of her children, were to me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this difficult time. May time and happy memories ease the pain of your loss.

Hey Guys,
I'm so sorry that James and I couldn't make it , but we were thinking of all of you. I loved Flo and thought of her as a mother, escpecially in the early years. I will always remember her sweet face and how much she loved our children. She and Al will remain in our hearts as beautiful and loving parents.
