{M3}CHESTNUT HILL Richmond, Dr. Julius B. {M1}RICHMOND, Dr. Julius B. age 91, of Chestnut Hill, died on Sunday, July 27, 2008. Beloved husband of Jean Berger Richmond and the late Rhee (Chidekel) Richmond. Devoted father of Barry Richmond, Charles Richmond and the late Dale Richmond. Loving grandfather of Jay, Nathaniel, Ian, Joshua and great-grandfather of five. Dear step-father of Michael Berger and Steven Berger and step-grandfather of five. Private Graveside Services will be held in Chicago. Memorial observance Monday through Friday, 5:00-7:00 PM, at his late residence. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the AAP-Dale Richmond/Justin Coleman Award Fund, American Academy of Pediatrics, Development Lockbox, 38367 Eagle Way, Chicago, IL 60678-1383. A Memorial Service will be held at Harvard University at a later date. Levine Chapels, Brookline 617-277-8300

my condolences on your loss,because of mr richmond i am alive today..in 1966 or 67 he did my kidney surgery at upstate...jonathan darling

Our loss is so profound there are hardly words to express it. We will go forward to emulate Dr. Richmond's sterling qualities. He championed all the right causes.
