7-25-09 I cant believe a year has already gone by. I think about you all the time. I still wonder about a ton of things that I wish I could get the answers too. I just hope you know everything thats happening with me and everything I think about. I'm working full-time now and I love it the kids are getting so big and they are STILL very well behaved. Shaun still drives, but is home a little more with the kids now that I'm working.
I often wonder about where you ended up (Jamiaca & Vail??) and laugh thinking about what you said when we talked about it. you were one of a kind you know and you were a very special part of my life I really hope I made that clear at some point I miss you Dad 143 Julie

Happy 4th of July!! this time last year I spent a good part of the morning with u @ MGH I would of stayed all night if the circumstances were a little different I'm sure we'd see some fireworks the view wasnt bad!! love u 143

Hi Dad
We just came back from a 10 day trip to Disney. We had so much fun! I know you would of mapped it all out for us (where to eat, where to stay, what to see!!) I showed everyone where we stayed we had breakfast there with the disney characters. We went to epcot, magic kingdom, MGM, and animal kingdom. I dragged everyone on its a small world. I remember going on that ride with you like it was yesterday. I didnt think I'd remeber the places we stayed or went when we went to Disney. I guess thats the stuff I'll never forget no matter how small I was. I miss you though more than you can imagine.

I missed you today alot. Susie pulled out pictures of some old Durgin events Gwen and Billy had some funny stories. I didnt think I'd have such a hard time with this, but I am and I think it's because we had alot of things to do still. I guess we did enough it just wasnt enough for me. 143

My deepest sympathy....I just heard of your dad's passing last night while dining at Durgin. I am so shocked and sorry to hear. He and the generosity he gave me during my "Durgin" days will never be forgotten.

Kim, Marty, Suzanne and my love Shannon.... I am so sorry for your loss. I have been around you all the last 40 years.Growing up I was the "5th Kelley kid" Being at Durgin and Kelleys waiting tables was always so much fun. Your father was so wonderful to me all the time. I have so many fun memories with him....getting stuck on the boat....he made me sit in a large pot in the back seat....choc pudding at kelleys c&b ....he will be dearly missed by you four.

Wow
I just picked up the phone to call you. I was so weird I feel like I need to talk to you, but I dont know what it is I have to say. I miss you so much. I guess theres alot going on and I want to share it with you it just feels so crazy that all this time has gone by and we havent had our weekly talk. It's really too bad life turned out this way and I dont have anyone to share all this with or even to have the ability to go sit out the backyard of your house like we used to when I visited. Mom came to my graduating tonight and we all talked about all the old stories of you. It was nice. She let me wear the braclet you gave her years ago and I always wear the ring you had made for her too. She was so proud and said you were always proud of everything I did. That was nice to hear. She had a good time, but it would of been nice to see you. We all miss you already.

Hey Dad!
I graduated from nursing school tonight and it was tought not having you there. I went throught this whole year giving you updates on how I was doing and my grades. I struggled and passed many test by the skin of my teeth, but I'm proud to announce I got a A on my final. I'm sure you would of been so happy to hear that!! I just want you to know that I missed you tonight and I thought about you every minute. This night was special because it's something I worked hard for, for a long time. I am glad you were at my high school graduating and when I graduated from Medical assisting, but tonight would of just put the icing on the cake, so wherever you are I hope you got a glimps of me and how happy I was and how much you were on the mind!! To my beautiful daughter-in-law. No words can express the sorrow i feel for you in my heart. If i only could take away your pain. I remember every time you would talk about your dad your eyes would lite up. You and your Dad had a special bond that no one can ever take away from you. Keep all those happy memories and special occasions in your heart. I will truly miss your dad at all our family gatherings. Especially remember the day of your wedding when he walked you down the aisle with a big smile on his face-how proud he was of his little girl. I know you are graduating nursing school on wednesday and much you wanted your Dad there, but he will be there in spirit and with that big smile on his face. He too waited a long time for this special day. I am so proud of you. Thank you for coming into my son's life and giving me five beautiful grandchildren. I love you with all my heart.
