Dear Caroline & Susie,
I am so sorry to hear of Eddie's passing! I am in such shock. He was an incredible man. Always with a smile on his face. I will miss seeing him everyday doing his daily chores at Susie's or one of his other properties. My thoughts and prayers are with both of you and your families.

Dear Caroline,
I was saddened beyond words to hear of Eddy's passing. He was the world's best landlord, like having my Dad just across town. I only knew him for a few years but he touched my life with his friendship and grace. I will miss him, his smile and his wonderful stories. My deepest sympathy.
