Mr. Phillips,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served as a U.S. Navy Corpsman in the Pacific during WW II-especially at Okinawa-the bloodiest battle in the Pacific. God knows how many Marines' lives you saved. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
