Helen Thacher Obituary

92, died at her home in Marion, MA on July 25. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, she was an active member of the Marion and Franconia, NH communities and much beloved by family & friends. Wife of the late Ralph. Daughter of the late Kathrene & Alden Brett. She is survived by her children Joan T. Tiffany and Brett W. Thacher, their spouses Edwin P. Tiffany and Pamela Thacher, five grandchildren Thacher and Kathrene Tiffany, Thacher's fiance Lily Pollans, and Eben, Charles and Samuel Thacher, nieces and nephews: Dorothy Pitt, Susan Mead, Geofrey Patterson & Christopher Patterson. Services will be at 11 am on Fri., August 22 at St. Gabriel's Church in Marion. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Hospice, the Sippican Lands Trust or Mount Holyoke College.
