Age 90, of Canton, August 7th. Beloved husband of the late Miriam P. (Short). Father of Linda B. Palma of Mansfield, Karen & D. Scott MacDougal both of Canton and Bruce A. MacDougal of Foxboro. Also survived by 6 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home, 455 Washington St., CANTON, Monday 4-8 pm. Funeral service at the United Church of Christ, 1541 Washington St., Canton, Tuesday morning at 11. Interment Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Army Veteran WW II. Donations may be made in his memory to the Canton Veteran's Service Department, 801 Washington St., Canton, MA or to the American Legion Post #24, P.O. Box 103, Canton, MA 02021. Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
