Gene became part of our lives during his visits with Esther and Nick in California. We got to know him as we shared Passover seders, Thanksgiving dinners, Christmas festivities and hours of conversation and good fellowship. I mourn his passing, holding his family in my thoughts and prayers.

My father was a good man. He loved life, his family, good food and friends, books and movies and good conversation.
I shall miss him!
