Mr. Harney,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the U.S. Army during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

I met Mr. Harney at The Soliders Home in Chelsea when my dad was there. He was a great guy and always look out for my dad. I went to see him a couple of times after my dad passed and he was always so nice to me. I will miss him so much God Bless him. The world is a better place due to him.

To the Harney Family, It was our honor and pleasure to have met Ray at St. Michael's Chapel at the Soldiers' Home. He will be missed but never forgotten and always in our prayers.
