Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the USAF during the Korean War and secondly for the citizens of Hull when you served with the HPD. Both Frank and I were so sad to read about Jim's passing. Jim was such a wonderful man, friend, father, family man and all around person.
