Stanley was a good friend of mine while i lived on Deering
Rd. Mattapan. He would show up at the corner in front
of Charms Pharmacy. He was driving his father's taxi from time to time. Stanley stayed in great shape by
exercising on a regular basis. He was part of our gang
and I lost tract of him when I Joined the navy at 17.
I miss "those good old days"

It is with great sadness, intermingled with the joy of past memories, that I mourn the passing of Stan Parker....my late Dad's closest cousin and childhood buddy! My Dad Bert (Lipof) and Stan were inseparable, along with their other close friends Blackie, Archie, Sonny and Joe - they were (and are) forever young in the celebration of life! My Dad and Stan have now been reunited in a peaceful eternity of Nantasket Beach in the 1940's. Rest their souls!
