Dear Joanie,
It has been many years since high school, and I wanted to offer my condolences on the loss of your father. I never had the pleasure of meeting him but from what I have read, both the comments and the words describing his life he must have been a wonderful and very interesting individual. He touched so many and left a true mark were he walked. Again, my prayers and condolences for your family's loss.

Dear Pauline, Margie, Joanne and Lisa: Like so many, I was shocked to learn of Arnold's illness and very saddened by his death. I so much enjoyed our relationship during my tenure as his officer at BoA, especially when I could get him to speak of the earlier years and history of his life and parents. I regret I cannot be at his service on Sunday as I have duties that day but wanted to convey my heartfelt sympathies and condolences to each of you.
