They lived in London from 1978-1981 and in Madrid from 1981-1983, and then returned to Wayland. They made their home in Miami from 1995-1999 and then in Sunapee, NH and Vero Beach, FL. Not sure what to say?

The Fitzpatrick family

January 7, 2009

Dear Gil and family:
It was with profound sadness that we received the news of Lynn's passing this past Christmas. With all the years of being apart - though we shared telephone conversations and Christmas cards - how can we feel such emptiness in our hearts? Times shared, memories stored, knowledge of a friendship ever-present in our hearts but now lost to us forever, leaves us to grieve for what was and for what more might have been.

If our feeling of loss is so heavy, how can we ever understand what it must be for those who loved her as a lifelong companion and as the wonderful nurturer she was as mother and grandmother? There are no words that can ease your feelings at this time, and there is no time that will ever dispel them completely. Our hope is that the gifts that she has left with each of you individually will be realized more fully as she continues to live in your hearts, and you will grow in increasing personal strength and beauty because of her profound presence in your lives.
With love,

Sue Krapf

Our family had the distinct pleasure to meet and travel with Lynne and Gil last summer on a trip to the Canadian Rockies. Knowing her was a joy. It is with the deepest sympathy that we mark her untimely passing. Our most sincere condolences are extended to Gil and her entire family. We were made richer by her presence, and poorer due to her passing.
