Melinda and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. David was so good to me when I began in the ICU and I could always count on him for help. You and your family are in my prayers.

Melinda,
I knew Dave back when we both worked at the Brigam togeather in the 70's and he was my best man at our wedding. I have not seen Dave in many a years, but I still feel a lost today. God bless you.

Melinda,
All those who knew and loved him will miss David. We shared many a laugh at the expense of the Republican Party. I will miss him for his great sense of humor, love of politics and his love of diversity. You are in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless.
