Still and always, my dearest friend in the world. Linda was my friend, my sister, my guardian angel. With abiding love, Elizabeth, Peepers and Raisin, my cats whom she loved

Linda and I were friends when I lived in Boston over 25 years ago when she was a law student. We worked at Saks Fifth Avenue together and that is how we met. I have tried unsuccessfully to locate Linda over the years and I can say this a shock to learn that she is gone. I know her life was full of love. A friend from way back who is saddened by this news. My dearest, dear friend of so many wonderful years,

I am sorry it has taken me so long to write this to you. There are no words to express the sadness and loneliness I feel without you. Every day was a gift and a blessing because of your friendship and genuine loving kindness. I wish I could have just one more moment to tell you how much I loved you and how much your friendship meant to me. God bless you, my dear angel friend. I miss you terribly but know that you are with God who loves you so.

All my love, Elizabeth (and Sam, of course).
