54, died Sunday, August 31, 2008, at Catholic Medical Center, in Manchester, NH. Born on December 31, 1953, in Brighton, MA, the daughter of George and Rosemarie (Lane) de Mars. She was a resident of Bedford, NH since 1986. Prior to this she resided in Holden, MA. Ms. Hunter was a special education teacher for Litchfield Middle School. She loved children and animals. Beloved mother of 2 sons, Matthew Tavares, of Winooski, VT; Daniel Tavares, of Bedford, NH; beloved sister of 2 brothers, Paul J. de Mars, of Manchester; Andrew L. de Mars, of Alexandria, VA; nieces, nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Michele Banas, and by her mother, Rosemarie (Lane) de Mars.
