As Joe's youngest daughter, I want people to know how lucky I am to have had him as my father.
We saw him in a lot of pain each day, although I am sure it was so much worse for him than we knew. After the stroke in June that took so much of his speech and communication abilities, life got just that much harder for him as he struggled to be understood each day.
I learned a lot from him about so many things and will miss him every day. I am so proud of him.

Our deepest sympathy to cousins Jeff, Linda, Felicia, and the whole Remondi Family. I recall what a nice man Joe was, as well as the graciousness with which he opened his home to us.

My deepest condolences, and the condolences of all of us at Local 1445, to all. Joe was a great friend, a hard worker, and an inspiration. He never let anything get the better of him! That's a lesson we all can take to heart.
