Grace Dudevoir

DUDEVOIR, Grace May 74, of The Villages, Fl died Monday September 1, 2008. She was born in Jamaica Plain, MA on January 15, 1934. She resided in Acton, MA, Cape Cod, MA and The Villages, FL. Member of St. Elizabeth's of Hungary Church, Acton, MA, Christ the King Church, Mashpee, MA, and St. Vincent de Paul Church, The Villages, FL. Grace was a C.C.D. Teacher and Program Coordinator and supported The Christian Children's Fund. As an accomplished knitter, she enjoyed sharing her works with many friends and children's charities. Grace was an enthusiastic gardener and enjoyed the company of all animals domestic and wild from early childhood. She was a staunch supporter of her children and grandchild's sports and music activities. She enjoyed traveling, a good book, caring for her family and the lives of everyone she touched. She was a classy lady, full of passion, flair and taste. She was a wonderful wife, mother and friend and will be sorely missed by all. She left an indelible touch on the lives of those who were privileged to know and love her. She is survived by: loving husband, Arthur Dudevoir, The Villages, FL, and beloved children, Scott A. Dudevoir of Heber, UT, Tracy D. Dudevoir, Belmont, MA, adoring granddaughter, Kayleigh D. Dudevoir, Belmont, MA, four legged companions, Lilybelle, Durante, Dixie and Tinkerbelle. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 5, 2008 at 8:30 AM, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Wildwood, FL. with Father Peter Sagorski, celebrant. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to The American Diabetes Association,1101 N. Lake Destiny Rd. #415, Maitland, FL. 32751. Arrangements have been entrusted to Beyers Funeral Home and Crematory, Lady Lake, FL.
