Phil, Kristin, Mary
I am so sorry for your loss. It pains me to know that another family has to undergo such a horrible tradgedy. I hope you find peace knowing that he will never feel pain again, that he is now in a world of bliss. I know it is hard, and you will think about him all the time. Your mind will wander for minutes at a time but it will always go back to him. Remember the good, how adored he was by so many people, and the impact he has made on so many lives. Id like to think that him and Alex are enjoying a beer, exchanging stories, and watching out for everyone they care about. I know that our pain is different, but if any of you need anything, you can always find comfort in me.
Love you all

There are no words to describe how much Phil was loved in our community. He dedicated so much time, love and patience to all the boys on the hockey team. After a game they would always come home and quote a 'Mr. Phil' joke. They knew they could always depend on him for anything. There was nothing he wouldn't do for a friend in need or simply take the time to listen. He would always have a story and smile to offer. Phil's 'coffee' at the rinks became legend to us all! His family was his anchor and he talked endlessley about them and their accomplishments. He had a heart the size of the sun and will be missed terribly by all who loved him. His journey is an inspiration to us all. Phil, you were one of a kind and we will keep the legacy that you created, close to our hearts. Heaven is so lucky.

Dear Mary, Phil & Kristen,
Please know you are all in my prayers for strength and courage and most of all, a peace in your hearts, for God has called your beloved husband and father home, into the loving arms of Jesus. I will always remember Phil as one of the most kind hearted men in Lynnfield. He was always ready to give of himself for anything anyone might need. I will remember the Lynnfield Little League ball games with Alex and Philip and all the excitement of those days, and the kindness he showed to Ashleigh as well. Most of all, I will remember Phil when I or my dad would walk by your house in the days of summer with first Maggie, then Chippy and then Mary, and Phil was ALWAYS there with a big dish of cold water to quench the drying thirst of my beloved dogs, thus enabaling us a more comfortable finish for our journey home. Mary, I know your husband was loved and admired by many, and he will be deeply missed by all, though no one will miss him more than you and your children and our hearts and our home are open to all of you whenever you feel the need. This has been a tough year for many of us families here in Lynnfield, many were too young and too soon and we all need as much support as we can recieve from one another. I am always here, just a street/phone call away.
May you find God's peace and recieve His many blessings.
Fondly,
Dinyce, Nick and Ashleigh Peters

To the Anderson Family -
We are all deeply sorry to hear of the loss of Phil. He was a great guy who left a lasting impression on all those he came in contact with. We have fond memories of Phil during the days of hockey and soccer and how he was always there for the kids of Lynnfield and his family. Please accept our condolences during this time and please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.
