Aunt Sue, Lisio family and friends, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you. I'm sorry I couldn't be there. I was saddened to hear of Uncle Joe's passing but seeked out my memories and remembered that like Butch, he loved to tease but he did it in a fun and loving way. I remember the family get togethers for whatever occasion and how every one always had a grand time and the close, loving, tight knit family that is the result of he and Sue's love, commitment and 43 years of marriage, something we all should strive for and admire. May your memories bring you love, peace and hope in your time of sorrow.
Love Lisa and Family

God Only Takes The Best!
God saw you were getting tired
and a cure was not to be.
So he put his arms around you
and whispered "come to me"
With tearful eyes we watched you
and saw you pass away.
Although we loved you dearly
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
he only takes the best!

Dear Lisio family,
We are so sorry for your loss. We send our prayers to the whole Lisio family.

We know how much Dad and Joe enjoyed each other's company. How many hours can men talk baseball.

We are saddened at this news and our whole family is saying a special prayer/grace tonight for Joe.

No joke, Annie and Molly have heard so much about Joe they thought he part of the family. "Mom, Is he our Uncle?"

He felt like family to all of us. He will be surely missed. Especially by Dad.

Keep peace in your hearts,
Love,
Jill (Jekanoski), Larry, Annie and Molly Furman
