FIELD, Charles E. Of Somerville, September 9th. Beloved son of the late Hazel E. (Roach) and James W. Field. Devoted brother of Robert E. Field of Melrose. Uncle of Stewart C. Field of Melrose and Robert J. Field of Wilmington. Also survived by many caring friends. A graveside service will be conducted in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, 580 Mt. Auburn St. Cambridge, Friday, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours at the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St., MEDFORD, will be held Thursday evening from 6 to 8. Late U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Charles' memory to the New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans, 17 Court St., 9th Floor, Boston, MA 02108, Attn.
