Foley, Joan G. (Lordan) Of Cambridge, September 17, 2008 Beloved wife of Timothy M. Loving mother of Joan McGoldrick and her husband Kevin of Billerica, Timothy M. Jr. and his wife Polly of So. Dennis, Mary Ellen Ruffing and her husband Daniel of Billerica. Sister of Kathleen Jefferson of Arlington, and the late Margaret Morrissey and Mary O'Donnell. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Funeral from the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home 36 Trapelo Rd. BELMONT Saturday at 9 am. Funeral mass in St. Peter's Church,100 Concord Ave., Cambridge at 10 am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm. Interment Cambridge Cemetery. To Mr. Foley, Joan, Tim, Maryellen & Family,
I am so sorry to hear about mom. I knew she wasn't well when I sent her a quick note back in August or so. I can still picture her when she would get laughing, sometimes there were sarcastic undertones as we were probably making fun of someone or something. I will never forget her, she was a special part of my growing up.
