TODAY IS JUNE 21, 2009, I STOPPED BY TO SEE DOUG BOSSE, WHOM I HAVE NEVER MET. I ASKED WHAT BUTCH WAS DOING. HE THEN TOLD ME ABOUT HIS UNTIMELY DEATH. I WAS FLOORED. WE TALKED ABOUT SOME OF THE GUYS WE GREW UP WITH. I PLAYED BASEBALL FOR ST. MARGARET'S CYO. I WAS A CATCHER. BUTCH WAS A PITCHER. I WILL NEVER FORGET HIS HIGH LEG KICK AND OVER THE SHOULDER PITCH. OUR TEAM WAS NOT VERY GOOD. BUT WHO CARED WE HAD A GOOD TIME . I GREW UP ON CRESCENT AVE. HE ON THE CORNER OF RAVEN AND CRESCENT.
WHEN WE TURNED 18 OR SO WE WENT OUR SEPARATE WAYS.
MY MESSAGE TO DOUG WAS THAT I REMEMBERED BUTCH AS A REAL NICE KID. ALWAYS SMILING. ALTHOUGH I DIDN'T KNOW HIM AS AN ADULT I HEARD HE HAD AN INTERESTING LIFE. SORRY I FOUND OUT LATE. TOM FITZPATRICK

Lily, Keith and Eddie
My prayers got out to you. We had so much fun together at our GE softball games and the Pats Game. One special memory is of your father catching a football after field goal attempt at Pats game and your mother ready to hit anyone who tried to take it away (before the screens were put up to catch the balls. We will miss Butch and remember he will always be watching you.

Roland was such a kind man and his personality made him an enjoyable person to work with. During our phone calls you could always hear the smile on his face, especially when he spoke of his family. He will truly be missed.

Keith, Ed and Lily, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I grew up with Keith and Ed and always saw Butch as an excellent father and husband. He was the quintessential family man. It is obvious he touched many people throughout his life and will be greatly missed.

Many of my best memories include being with Butch, we all parted to raise families yet those times never fade..Thanks to Lily and the boys, and Mrs. Bosse and her boys for sharing Butch with us all.

I knew Roland since he was a "pup", a hard driving inside guy with a perpetual smile on his face!!! He worked his way up from inside to outside sales and then to the top of the heap of an impressive group of GE peddlers. He will be missed by all his GE freinds

Roland was a great individual and a special friend to many of us. He enjoyed his family, customers, fellow GE friends, work, and sports. He did everything in his life a very professional manner. He will be missed by his family, customers, and his many GE friends.
