James Mundy Obituary

MUNDY, James Vincent Jr. Age 79, Korean War Veteran serving with the U.S.Army, longtime resident of Merrimac, died Monday, September 22, 2008, at Amesbury Village. He was the loving husband of the late Margaret A. Mundy and the late Mary E. Mealey. His survivors include his son, James V. Mundy, III and wife Marie of Brentwood, NH and his daughter, Judith A. Larsen and husband Scott of Georgetown. He was the very proud grandfather of Bethany, Brent, James V. Mundy IV and Meghan. Visiting hours at Paul C. Rogers & Sons Family Funeral Home in MERRIMAC, MA will be Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m. Funeral services from the funeral home will be Thursday at 11 A.M. followed by interment in Locust Grove Cemetery, Merrimac. The family asks that flowers kindly be omitted. Instead, donations in his memory may be made to Beacon Hospice, 100 Cummings Center, Suite 222C, Beverly, MA 01915 or to Lighthouse Hospice Foundation, 529 Main Street, Suite 123, Charlestown, MA 02129.
