Catherine Cadogan Obituary

CADOGAN, Catherine V. "Kay" Of Wellesley, formerly of Randolph and Roxbury, died at the age of 98, Sept. 22, 2008. Daughter of the late Timothy and Catherine (Collins) Cadogan. Sister of the late Sr. Mary Timothy Cadogan, SC, James J. Cadogan and Marie Cameron. Dear aunt of James J. Cadogan Jr. of Quincy and John S. Cadogan of Wakefield. Also survived by her grandniece Kathy Morrill and 2 great grand nieces and a great grand nephew. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 No. Main Street,( Rte 28), Randolph until 11:30 AM on Friday followed by a Funeral Mass at 12:00 Noon in St. Bernadette Church, Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visitation period Friday morning from 10:00 - 11:30AM in the funeral home. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. Catherine was born in Boston and lived in Roxbury for 50 years. For 40 years she had lived in Randolph and for the last several years has been living at the Elizabeth Seton Residence, Wellesley. She was a graduate of Boston Clerical School. Catherine was a retired Social Worker for the City of Boston and had 40 years of service. "Kay" was a member of the Randolph Seniors and a Communicant of St. Bernadette Church, Randolph. The Sturtevant and Kramer Families extend their deepest symbothy for your loss. Please know that our prayers and thoughts are with you all during this diffiecult time. I will always have fond memories of Kay and Sister Tim at my cookout and family get togethers. She will be missed.
