ARMOUR, Jon, Sr. 66, of Port St. Lucie, FL, formerly of Maynard, on September 23, 2008, as the result of injuries from a hit & run motorcycle accident. Beloved husband of the late Adrienne (Ruggiero) Armour. Father of Jon Armour, Jr. & wife Helen of Maynard, & Vicki Chartrand & husband Donald of New Smyrna Beach, FL. Grandfather of Tyler & Derek Chartrand. Son of Ruth (Cutter) Armour of Clearwater, FL. Brother of Dana, Gary & Laurence Armour. Visiting Sunday, 1-3 & 6-8 PM at the Acton Funeral Home, 470 Mass Ave., (Rte 111), ACTON. Funeral Services 11 AM Monday at the Funeral Home, with burial in Glenwood Cemetery, Great Rd (Rte 117,) Maynard. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Attn: Contribution Services, 10 Brookline PL. West, 6th Floor, Brookline, MA 02445.

Rena, I was so sad to hear about John. I have great memories of all the wonderful times at the Oregon Club. It was always nice to go there and to end the year, New Years Eve, with you and John. Boy, did we laugh back then. So many memories and all of them wonderful.
Rena, John was a good man and I'm proud to say I knew him.
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.
