Mr. Mahoney,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Dear Connie,
I am so sorry for your loss.
Walter was the nicest and kindeset man in the world. I am so glad I had the honor to know him. He always made me feel comfortable when we visited your home with John Michael and Alyssa when they were small. They always called him Grandpa Walter, feeling privigedged to have three grandfathers. Our last conversation together was special and I will always remember him.
I am sorry I can not be there, but my thoughts and prayers are with you today and always. I hope you are doing well, and I hope I will be able to visit with you soon.
Your daughter-in-law forever, Maryann
