Paul lived and loved with such sincerity and zest. When I think of Paul, I am reminded of the deep love he had for Joanne and his family.
And even though he liked his life organized and orderly, he embraced the insanity of dog rescue along with the rest of us, chasing escapees, enduring bites and all night barking and consoling the needy ones. He was so good with the little abused and scared dogs. They seemed to know he was working with the Lord, as did anyone who met him. Godspeed my friend, you are deeply missed,

It is through the Lil Lap Dog Rescue that I know Paul, Ken and I are 2 of the volunteers. Paul was one of the kindest men I have ever met. He had a gentleness about him that put you at ease immediately. Paul also had a way with dogs, as he said “there was never a dog I could not win over” and it was true, we saw it time and time again. We will surly miss his kindness and his laughter. Rest in peace my friend until we meet again.
