To my dear friend Maggi, I was so sorry to hear of the death of your mother. On the occasions I was fortunate enough to meet her she was always such a lady. I know you will truly miss her. My thoughts & prayers are with you all & with your mother.

Dear friends,
I am so sorry to hear of your mom's death. She was a wonderful woman and such an important part of all our young lives.
It is with great saddness that I realize that I have not had contact with her for so many years, but remember all those nights around the kitchen table exchanging gossip and solving problems; the parties and the wakes and the closeness that we once shared.
I suppose that you always think that there will be time to renew those experiences and friendships that are too soon gone, but time passes too quickly and it is too late.
I am sorry that I cannot be with you all this evening, but as of now I have no car and both Jay and Jim will be at work. Although Tom has volunteered to pick me up it would add 50 miles to his and Ellie's trip.
I hope that Jim and I will be at the church tomorrow. I only wish that Jay, who must be at work by 12:00, could be with us to say a final goodbye to this gracious, generous and great lady, your Mom.

Helen Mary & Family,
I did not have the pleasure of ever meeting your Mom, but am sure from knowing Helen Mary she had to have been one very special person. She rests now in God's hands. Please accept my most sincere condolences.
