He is preceded in death by his father; Gordon Randall Potter, mother; Roxie Marie Martin Potter, brother; Donald E. Potter, and infant sister; Gloria Potter. His survivors are his wife, Fumiko of El Paso TX, sons; Robert G. Jr. of Spokane, WA, Joseph Chester of Colorado Springs, CO, daughter Shirley Ann Smith of Phoenix, AZ., brothers; Chester A Potter of Huntsville, AL, Joseph D. Potter of Kempt, Nova Scotia, Canada., sisters; Lorraine E. Bregoli of Hanover, MA and June Marie Gentile of Plymouth, MA.
