David, Christian, and Scott, Kelly, Holly and Heidi,
My sympathy on the death of your partner, father and uncle. What an awesome person Bill was. A mentor, a teacher, a support, a love. He was indeed a gem and an inspiration. What a wicked (and wicked good) sense of humor he had, and a rapier wit. I miss him dearly and it will be hard to get used to him not being there. We spoke frequently two or three times a week, just to compare notes and say 'Hey', to talk about our partners and our animals, family and friends.
He was my best friend.

David, Christian and Scott-

Although many years have passed since last seeing Bill---I still enjoy his warmth, generosity of spirit and good humor...he touched many lives and made them better. I am so deeply sorry to hear of your loss. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

You left one starry night.
Without any warning in sight.
I never was given the chance to say good-bye
It seemed our time just flew right by.

I know the angels were calling your name.
Without you here, life will never be the same.
You meant the world to me
You were an uncle with an everlasting glow.

You were so full of life and happiness.
You were the one who took away my sadness.
You always had faith in me.
And you were always excited to see me succeed.

Your body is no longer with us.
However your spirit still lives.
I take comfort knowing you are my angel.

Not a day goes by when I do not think of you.
Uncle Billy you are my angel and I miss you.

I miss him tremendously already. His stories, his big laugh, his handsome irish face. He was a lovely, generous man. His love and care for his animals was wonderful.

Bill was always so kind to me. He had so many stories, some that he forgot he had already told me a few before. He was always a true patient advocate and loved animals. He will be missed by many. Felice De Ruggiero.
