Jessie Ricker Obituary

RICKER, Jessie 92, of Naples, ME and formerly of Jamaica Plain, MA & Dade City, FL passed away suddenly at her home on 9/29/08. She was born in Dover,NH on October 20, 1915 graduated from Dover High School in 1933. Jessie was predeceased by her parents, bother, Robert Brown, and husband Paul Ricker of Rochester, NH; her very dear friend, Ruby Jennie MacEwan; She is survivied by her daughter and son in law, Marilyn and Denis Dyer of Naples, ME; granddaughter, Nancy DeFazio of Brighton, MA and grandson, Robert DeFazio of Brooklyn, NY; niece Shirley Ricker of Rochester, NY and many extended family members including Betty Hickley, Jennie Kay Waller, Cheryl Beal and George Hinkley. Services will be held at St. Ann's Episcopal Church in Windham, ME on Tues, Oct 7, 11 AM and interment will be on October 8th at The Gardens at Gethsemane Cemetery in West Roxbury, MA at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials in her name may be made to the National Library Service for the Blind at your local library.

No words can express how sad I am at Jessie's passing. My hearfelt sympathies to you all. She was so proud of her family, she spoke and wrote of you all the time. I will miss her so very much. You are all in my thoughts and prayers,
