Spike was a class act and certainly the 'best dressed' at Sagamore - I enjoyed working with him for many years and he had a fun sense of humor with a huge laugh!! His big smile will be missed!!! He WAS a legend and if George 'Apple' thought the world of him - then that is as good as it gets. I hope they enjoy many rounds in the heavens together. And say hello to Kit for me.

"Spikey" was my cousin. We grew up together. He first taught me how to hit a golf ball when I was eleven. I hit it backward through his mother's window, and it is a big memory to this day. Haven't seen him much over the years, but kept up with his golf career.
