George Cormier Obituary

Of Stow, October 4, 2008. Beloved husband of Mary Elizabeth (Stottle). Devoted father of Philip Cormier and his wife Catherine of Lexington, Simone Cormier and her husband Rahul Razdan of Ocala, FL, Neil Cormier and his partner Birgit Spengler of Germany, and Ted Cormier and his wife Beth of Wrentham. Beloved brother of Arlene Place of Mandeville, LA, Marilyn Cormier of Leominster, William Cormier of Salem, NY, and Corinne Despres of Cornville, ME. A grandfather of six, he is survived by many loving relatives and friends. A private family ceremony is to be held at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Winchendon on Friday, October 10. Friends are kindly invited to a gathering at the Cormier residence in Stow on Saturday, October 11, 1-4pm.

Lynn and I send our sympathies to the entire Cormier family. Having grown up with all of George's children, I have many fond memories of time spent at the Cormier home. I know George will be missed by all and that his friends and family will be supportive and caring in this time of loss.
