Jeanette Sandler Obituary

SANDLER, Jeanette (Shaffer) 86, of Lake Worth FL, formally of Everett, West Roxbury & Foxboro, MA. Beloved wife of 64 years to Nathan Sandler, cherished Mother of Cheryl Sandler Thompson and loving Mother-in-Law to Robert Thompson. Passed peacefully in her sleep on October 10th. Also survived by her loving brothers Milton (Kathleen) Shaffer & William (Jean) Shaffer. Devoted daughter of the late Lena & Sandor Shaffer and sister of the late Zachariah Suffers, Edith Goldman & Sylvia Goodman. Generous Aunt to many nieces & nephews. Jeanette was happiest in the company of her treasured family & friends. Known for the wonders from her kitchen, the wisdom of her words and the warmth of her heart. Services to be held Oct. 13th at the Beth Israel Memorial Chapel in Boynton Beach, Florida. Donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 1040 Woodcock Rd., #119, Orlando, FL 32803.

Jeanette had a "heart of gold". She was very caring of other people. She was also one of the best cooks I ever met!
She was a very special person.
