Joe was a fine man, he was a neighbor to my mother in law for years. He always had a pleasant hello for all of us. Joe had a good heart and good sense of humor. Thoughts and prayers to the family and to Joe's memory.

Mr. Keane,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and secondly for the citizens of Boston when you served with the BPD. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
