WAITZKIN, Dr. Evelyn (Davis) Formerly of Brookline, on Tuesday, October 21, 2008. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Leo Waitzkin. Devoted mother of Dr. Ellen Waitzkin of NH and Carol Waitzkin and Dr. Susan Waitzkin, both of NY. Dear grandmother of Morgan and Graham Abraham and Nicholas, Aiden & Abraham Slavin. Dear sister of the late Lawrence Davis, Bernard D. Davis and Marion Cahan. Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, BROOKLINE on Sunday, October 26 at 11 AM.
