Many years ago, Mike and I went to the police academy together in Chelmsford. We became fast friends and found we had some common connections from his youth. Mike invited me to his home and we planted a garden together in his yard.
Mike will always be remembered by me as a friendly giant. I was on the Tewksbury Police Dept. from 1974 t0 2002.
My sincere regrets to his wife and family.
