There are no exact words I can type at this time. He was truly my second dad, not my grandfather. I have nothing but great memories of him; he would give the shirt off his back to strangers for that's the kind-hearted man he was. I was named after him. He'll be a part of my being after I see him again in the afterlife.

I am blessed to have such wonderful
memories of Uncle Doc. I will never
forget how much He and Auntie Eleanor did for my Mom and us kids.
He was a remarkable person, a great dad and a loyal loving husband.
He lit up every room he walked into.
