Mr. Row,
Sir, I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served in the USN during WW II and the Korean War and for being a member of the Greatest Generation. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.

Arthur was a wonderful man, quiet,humble and personable. It was a pleasure working with him at the Post Office. My sympathy to all the family.
