ROSENTHAL, Ernest M. Age 85, of Salem, MA, entered into rest on October 30, 2008 in Boston, MA. He was the beloved husband of Naomi (Epstein) Rosenthal of Salem, MA; Devoted father of Julie Johnson and her husband Scott of Salem, NH and the late Adam Rosenthal; Dear brother of George Rosenthal and his wife Beatrice of Peabody, MA and the late Gilbert Rosenthal; Cherished grandfather of Shana McCarty and her husband Kevin, Heather Herrera and her husband Vincent, Matthew Johnson and Kaitlyn Johnson; and loving great-grandfather of six. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2008 at 9:30 AM at the Stanetsky-Hymanson Memorial Chapel, 10 Vinnin St, SALEM, MA, followed by burial in the Temple Beth Shalom Cemetery, Danvers. Memorial observance will be held at his late residence following the burial through Sunday evening and on Monday and Tuesday evening from 7-9 PM.
