Dear Ralph and Family,

Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers and that Gussie touched the lives of many here at the Elder Service Plan of the North Shore in Lynn. May the many memories of her bring you all comfort.

Mr. Fern, Pam and the Fern family- I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Fern was a terrific lady-I loved spending time with her when visiting Pam. In fact, those are some of my happiest childhood memories. She was always smiling and what a great cook! I have yet to have any Italian food as delicious as hers. That's probably because it was homemade with love by her. She will be deeply missed.
With sympathy,
