Jill - I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. I just found out today. I know it has been a rough road because I went through it and no one else can imagine it; but you should know in your heart that you and your family did as much as you could; but it was time for him. You should know that he is in a better place now. I still have my moments and it has been hard for me. I want to extend my deepest sympathy to you and your family.

To Buddy, Teddy, and Jill: I was so sorry to hear about "Mr. Ray's" passing. He was quite a character, always true to himself, and always a cheerleader for me. He gave me so much encouragement in my years of skating and carried it through to my teaching as well. I will not be able to make it to the wake or funeral, but please know that you are all in my thoughts. It is so hard to lose your dad, but keep your memories close to your heart and I know they will always make you smile. Please give my best to your mom and sisters as well.
