Veronica Butler Obituary

BUTLER, Veronica G. Of Stoneham, November 1, 2008. Wife of George J. Butler. Mother of Steven G. Butler and his wife Susan M. and grandmother of Andrew and Shannon all of Stoneham. Also survived by her loving sister Alice Hill, a niece and several nephews. Funeral from the Anderson-Bryant Funeral Home, 4 Common St., STONEHAM, Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham at 9 AM. Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visitation: Monday (today), 4-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial tributes to the Joslin Diabetes Center, One Joslin Place, Boston, MA 02215.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I will never forget the wonderful times I had as a child with Steve, and Mr. and Mrs. Butler at their summer cottage at Hampton Beach as well as all the other great times I had growing up in our neighborhood. It was such a great time in my life. Mrs Butler was such a nice woman. I am very saddened by this news but I know she is now in a better place.
